HDV first-timer questions - settings
by

Hello
'Bout to shoot my first HDV segment - probably use a SONY FX1 - questions are:
If I have to deliver it for the web, what's best setting on camera to shoot this 60 sec spot? What's best workflow for bringing the raw HDV footage into FCP 6.0.2?
I have a SONY M15U HDV deck I'll use to capture footage, using MAC PRO 3.0 GHz, 1.5TB storage, 8 GB RAM...What setting in FCP is best to capture this HDV? I have Blackmagic Intensity Pro card with all its settings to choose from - any help appreciated.
Thanks much
