What issues are you having besides renders? Of course if you're willing to sacrifice the XDCAM codec you can shoot 1080i60 at HDV 25mbps data rate.

I have some mucking about video I've soot in the last few days. Maybe I should post a link to it (and overwhelm my server!).

I'm still learning the camera though so there are issues with my shooting techniques.
