It's been confirmed that we'll be using a PC. Just to clarify where I'm at, I'm using:

Width 1080x768 @ 25fps
Codec: Windows Media Video 9
Video Type: Interlaced
Passes: 2 pass
VBR: left unticked
Bit rate: 51200Kbps*
Buffer Size: 3.00 sec
Quality: 100
Keyframe: 8.00 sec

Is the bit rate too high, too low? What should it be to get the best possible 'HD' quality?
