The analog input can be adjusted with the controls on the monitor. It might not be a bad idea to try to calibrate it with a probe.

The monitors are optimized better for a digital signal, no question, but we use one in the studio as a shooting monitor on an HVX200 via analog component and it seems to get high marks from the DP...
