HVX202 vs XDCAM 350

Ok I wasn't sure where to post this question, so here it is - HDV land!
I work with an FX1 most of the time so spend a lot of time reading this forum.
Have a project of shooting four days. Want to utilise over cranking for lots of clean beautiful slow motion images, as well as some undercranking and time lapse.
I have the choice of either hiring a HVX202 kit or a XD CAM 350 kit.
Which should I choose????
Both are cameras I've been wanting to use on a project but until now have never had the opportunity to.
I'd love to hear anyone's opinions who have seen and worked with images from both.
Both have true under and over cranking.
I like the Panasonic's DVCPRO HD but I like the idea of a big lens and chips of the Sony.
What do you think?
How do they compare?
