Pop Up Video ( kind of like a hologram )

Hi Cow ppl,

I have seen video that pops up on websites ( usually a person )

either from the bottom or just central within a page

and I can't work out how to do it

Love it if someone can help out ??? !! don't even know what this effect is called

Do u use After Effects ?? a Plug In ?? or Final Cut ??

Love some help on this
