Mike BillsWebsite rendering differently than in IE 8/9 than Firefox

If you pull up my website,

http://www.djmikebills.com

There is a photo on the homepage of a bride and little girl. If you pull this up in IE 8 or 9, the photo is butt up against the sidebar.

If you pull up the site in Firefox, there is some whitespace (which is acceptable) between the photo and the sidebar.

Do I need to add any code or make any adjustments? I would prefer the whitespace between the photo and the sidebar.

Thanks in advance
