That's odd. It sounds more like a system config issue. I have imported via gateway h.264 from 5D with audio with no issues, as have many.

Is it only h.264 with stereo? Do other QT codecs work? Is the file directly form the camera or have you created a new QT with audio from Plural-eyes?
