Wire App

Can somebody tell me what there favorite wire tap application is, we like the On Tap from Karbonized because of the Review and Approval solution but I like to know what the downside of the app is.
As far as I've seen now the StoneGate from Tiger-Technology can only connect to Windows machines and not to OSX is that correct?

Again I hope to hear some experience, thanks
