Velocity 10

Hi all, I am new here. I have a few issues with the new Velocity HD 10.

I cannot get the card to fire the time line when putting things on tape. I have looked through out the preferences, but no matter what I do, it just refuses to fire up.

I kept 9.1. )whatever) on in case there were issues, now that still works except I cannot import audio into that version.

Are these two versions incompatible ?

any thoughts ??
