Looking to Buy Perception suite

Guys and Gals,
New on here, so if I'm in the wrong spot let me know.
I have here both a DPS Editbay and Spark card. VideoAction 6.3. I've had them for years (obviously). I love the software and don't want to change any more than I have to.
Of course, I now find it impossibe to put together a computer which will function with win 98/Me, without staying in the 90's, and I need to finally retire the Editbay and upgrade. Support ended for the Product with 98C I recall.
I am currently running a SuperMicro H8DCE with dual Opterons (Quad)and 2 gigs ram. Also (2) 7800gtx512meg video cards in SLI. About a terrabyte of HD space in nine hot swapable drives.
Can someone direct me to the product which will perform in a machine like this, and also I am interested in purchasing same (used).
I'm small potatoes, but I would like to be able work a bit faster and maintain the same level of flexibility. It's a very fast computer, but there are no Win98/ME drivers available for this MB.
All comments appreciated and thank you for your time.
Rick
