Velocity to Avid Online Workflow?

I need to take my Velocity project to a Symphony online.

I had considered outputting the graphics w/ alpha channels to Digibeta, then the video/audio on a spearate Digibeta tape so it can be reassembled at an online house.

Is this the best way to do this, or does anyone else have any ideas?
