When you hit build or build/format there is a place where you tell dvdsp where to build the project. In that place you already have a hd ts folder and dvdsp will not overwrite that. So dvdsp is telling exactly where it is. You go there and delete it or just choose a different place where to build the project.

For me every project gets it own build location.
