Multiple Tracks - how/where to place Dual Layer Break Point??

I have a DVD that currently has eight Tracks, with a total playing time of 118 minutes.
Sure, I could use as low bitrate as possible, squeezing in the assets.
However, there will be more Tracks and the total playing time would most likely be towards 3,5 hours.
Now, using Dual Layer discs, it would hopefully work.
But since I have multiple Tracks, how to deal with the Dual Layer Break Point (DLBP)?
Last time I had a DVD (with 125 mins running time) I had all my clips on one Track, and was lucky enough to be able to put the DLBP just between chapter markers on the Track.
Is this the only way to go? Putting all my clips on one Track, using Stories for playback and hope that the DLBP would be set not in the middle of a clip....
Any tips are (as always) greatly appreciated!
