Off the top of my head. Create a template of your menus. Then in a new project, with a new menu selected, drag the .m2v over the Menu Editor window and hover until a drop-down list pops up, choose "create chapter index and make connections". Pick your template when prompted. Fine-tune and done. That's what I do.

When creating your custom template name the next/prev page buttons- _NEXT_ and _PREV_ respectively. Each pages buttons will automatically link to the correct page. I learned by picking apart built-in templates and here at the COW. Once your custom template is setup, it's really easy to bring in a file and burn the chaptered disc.
