Trouble with replication

A client is telling me the replication house can't replicate the premaster I gave them because of the following errors:

ISO and DVD file locations disagree E661

· Invalid Video Title Set Information E663

· Title Set files not in correct physical order E420

I don't remember if I burnt the disc directly from DVDSP or if I build it to the hard drive and then burnt it. If it's the latter, I guess that's part of the problem. Now, do you know if building a ddp image will be enough to replicate or, given these errors, there is something else to be done? Also, is there any online reference about these kind of errors?
