First to get a DVD that looks like a Hollywood film, you first have to shoot on film, RED or any number of high end cameras. Than you must finish the film like they do.
But if your video is flickering and it shows up more with motion you do have a field order issue. There is only one correct way to handle field order. Your sequence matches your footage, your m2v settings match your sequence. Plain and simple.
If you give clip, sequence and encoding settings it would be helpful.
