DVD loop plus Menu needed

Hey guys,
I have been asked to create a DVD with 60 x 1 minute different videos on a continual loop. As a first play function.
I also need the functionality of skipping between the videos. BUT....the tricky part is I also need a menu function where I can choose to play an individual video and then the video continues its loop from that point on.
Is this possible and how would I set up such a thing??
