Creating a DVD using 24p Footage

Ok, here's the deal and some detailed step by step instruction would be AWESOME.
Edited my 19 minute video. Shot it on a JVC-GYHM700u in 24p.
Rendered out a Quicktime file and it looks great.
Then I sent the sequence and exported it to Compressor, DVD Best Quality 90 minutes.
Imported that asset into DVD Studio Pro 4. In the preview, looks the same, looks awesome. Once the DVD is made, looks like crap. What gives?
Since I have owned this camera, I was always shooting in 60p and made DVDs and they looked great. So I am sure it is a setting thing here.
Any help is greatly appreciated. This is my first time working with 24p footage and making it into a DVD.
