It seems you need to use scripts, this way:
When the user selects the angle they want to start seeing the dvd, each option points to a different script. That script will write a GPRM value first (for instance, "1" for angle one and so on) and then jump to the appropiate angle and set the correct subtitle. This is done so there is something in memory telling further scripts which angle the viewer is watching. That script will first set a GPRM value with the mov command and then jump to the angle/subtitle
So then, the buttons you use to change angles point to a second script which checks which gprm value is stored and, based on that, jump to the proper angle and set the proper subtitle. Roughly, you make this second script this way:
The command will be "set system stream". And, for instance, you'll select the second angle and subtitle to execute if the GPRM value you've selected in the first script is "One" (meaning the viewer is watching angle one). And you repeat that for all other angles.
