DVD studio pro Subtitles for buttons

ok, I have four videos angles and audio streams, I need to assign a different subtitle stream to each stream. Lets say each angle is a different musician in each corner of the room, there is an arrows left and right for each angle so the user can move to individual corners of the room to watch a different musician.

due to the fact I have the following problem lets say they r watching the singer and left arrow is pressed it will go to the guitarist. but when it does go to the guitarist when left is pressed again it replays the guitars angle stream again. therefore I need each angle streams subtitle to act differently for each angle.
