Your average data rate will need to be 3.2Mbps to fit that all on a DVD-9. As Eric said the video really needs to be use CBR but you probably will not have except able quality unless you use a VBR encode. Do test but keep the max under 5.5Mbps.

@Alex, if you use a script wouldn't there be a pause when angle is hit and the player jumps to the script? Probably would be the end of the world.

In the end this is a vanity play by the director, unless you are showing new information, artwork or BTS stuff. As a viewer I don't need to see the director at all. But I know you have to try. Make sure you are getting paid extra for doing this.
