Deinterlace your video in your timeline settings..export using quicktime to appleprores 422 HQ with out audio. Go back to fcp project and export audio using compressor ac3..go to dvdsp and set your settings to the highest bit rate, i usually go two pass vbr if its not over an hour...set your video and add ac3 into time line and burn...Im happy with my results from that, other than that make a blue ray or play directly from your lap top into projectors..
