Zain AzraiIDVD - Burning Problem

I want to burn more than 3 hours on one single layer DVD with a capacity of 4.6 GB

but when I compressed the video files to below 4.6 GB and put them in IDVD

it says there is not enough space though it much less than the capacity of the DVD.

Why is this so and how do I solve this problem?
