What format to use for playback on DVD players?
by Ry Tullis on Nov 5, 2009 at 5:01:15 pm

Hi all,

My question: What format should I export from Final Cut Pro so that I can play back on DVD players?

I shot on an EX-1 1080i60 (HD)

I want to maintain as good quality as possible but do NOT have blue ray discs.

According to the manual it seems like I should use MPEG-1 or MPEG-2, but I do not see these as options in exporting.

Can anyone help?

Thank you!
