Luis,
The pre-script for the menu doesn't have to check the SPRM. It can just move an immediate value to GPRM 0 so that the default sub/angle is immediately on before the track ever plays.
I thought that the prescript for the track would be recognized when you jumped to the chapter but I was wrong.
If the resume script doesn't work there is one more tedious way to make this work. Make a script for each chapter. Set Chapter jump to corresponding script.
Script checks GPRM 0 and sets system streams to correct Sub/angle based on 1,2, or 3.
2nd line: jumps to appropriate chapter marker.
