Have you tried playing your Video TS folder in Apple DVD player?

I have found that however something plays in the app is exactly how the burned DVD will play.

How are you burning the disk? From DVD SP? Toast?

I have had the most success by burning in Toast and NEVER burn over 4x.
You cannot set the burn speed in DVDSP.

Have you tried another kind of media?
