Yeah, sorry... I forgot those details. =)

intel 8core 2.8Ghz - 10.5.7 - 6GB ram - FCPstudio 3

i WAS sending it from the timeline, but I stopped it, and now I'm making a self contained movie.

It was AVCHD footage, that was imported as ProRes 422
As for testing, 2.4 CBR is...low, for my standards, but the client is trying to fit almot 10 hours of footage on 2 Dual Layer DVDs (but it's NOT evenly split between the two)

BTW, I saw Ken C. a couple of weeks ago at his studio. I was in town to show off some equipment, and meet people.


Noah: Yeah, good idea for spreading the workload. I have a Turbo HD that I need to work into the mix somehow. If I can. I used the MB filter because these were nested clips, and Color just didn't like them at all. But now I'm wondering if that was a mistake to use MB on a project this large. =)

It's the first of many, so I'll have time to do it right next time. .. heh
