Btw, can you tell us exactly what kind of problems and on which platform are you experiencing. In general Compressor is a good encoder for it's money, but I would not rely on it.
I am a long time Cinemacraft user, first on PC's and now we own a Mac version. Nothing is better than that on the Mac if you know how to tweak its various settings.
