pixel aspect ratio FCP to DVD studio pro

Hi everybody,

Lately I've had a problem with the following project:

I made a project in FCP:

frame size: 1024x576
pixel aspect ratio: square
compressor: none

I needed an animated logo so I made this in Adobe AE:

framesize: 1024x576
pixel aspect ratio: square

Then I added it to my render queue:

RGB+Alpha
compression: none

and I imported this file into my FCP project. Best settings everywhere... so far so good. So I exported my FCP project with compressor --> also best settings (best setting DVD 90 min). I imported this into DVD studio pro and everything was perfect except the animated logo I made in AE! I have tried everything but it stayed ugly, can anybody help me with this problem ?

Is the problem AE, FCP or compressor ? or does DVD studio can't handle square pixels or something ?
