well - i fixed my sync problem.

i have always inserted my slug in studio pro ... but only visual (not audio).

with this project i had a 1sec slug in my exported footage but I was still putting a black 1sec frame in studio pro before my clip.

I got rid of this and put a 2 sec slug on the from of my video and put this directly into studio pro and sync problems are fixed

brill!

still not happy with ex1 footage but if i do find a solution that works for me ill be sure to post
