DVD-ROM content in CMF

DVD-ROM content in CMF

Hi All
I´ve built a DVD9 project with DVD-ROM content. On build/Format, when I choose Hard drive as output device and opt for CMF, the correct amount of data is behind the two layers, but on the build side of things, the extra folder with the DVD-ROM content is missing and the build folder that much smaller. Can I be sure my extra folder is within the two layers?
An educated Yes to this question would really do my day.
