Replicated discs don't have compatibility problems (as do duplicated discs)
It's a question of disc refelectability.
Build and burn a tester with the created m2v file, if it plays OK back in the Mac, it will replicate fine.
Players can struggle with burnt discs
Pulsing is another matter, probably something in the media before encoding (eg field order),
I wouldn't hang it on Compressor......
