DVD studio pro add subtitels

Hi all

I have a problem. I don't have a clue how to create a subtitle file that I can import to DVD studio pro and open.

I need to place 3 language (Dutch, French & English) subtitles under a movie. So I need to write them myself. But how do I do that?

If there is somewhere a tutorial of some sort on the world wide web it would be handy. Even better if it is here on Creative Cow, but I didn't found it.
