You should probably re-export.
The only option you have to do what you're suggesting is to make a "story" in DVD Studio Pro which instructs the DVD on how to jump from one track to another and then back again.
I won't even explain how to do that because:
1) You'll probably have to spend some serious time with the manual to figure it out anyway.
and
2) It won't play smoothly at the break. You'd need to find 2 places where the video fades to black to hide the small 'catch' as it switches tracks.
So, it will take longer and the final product won't be as good. I suggest re-exporting as the better option.
