[Rick Neely] "Is there a quick way to fix the corruption"

Sorry but there is no "quick" way to fix any corruption, and most likely the corruption may not be able to be fixed.

Do you will have the files on the old drive? If not you will probably have to re compress each the damaged ones.

I am of the theory that one should keep any file that that might have any value to them on two drives at any time because hard drives fail and data can become corrupt.

There are no "technical solutions" to your "artistic problems".
Don't let technology get in the way of your creativity!
