Rick Neelycorrupt ac3 help

Hey guys,

I have a drive with about 160 individual program streams I need to burn DVDs of from time to time. Moving the files to a bigger drive, something went awry and now about 1/3 of all the ac3 files (and maybe some of the MPEG2s for all I know have gone bad or corrupt. Is there a quick way to fix the corruption as it will be next to impossible at this stage to re-export all the files from FCP. any help would be great.
