There is a way to emulate what you want to do. Much easier in Scenarist but I'm sure it can be done in DVDSP. I call it a "Check Stop". In DVDSP with your before your exit command to set GPRM*(*=any empty GPRM) to 1. So it Sets GPRM* to 1 then exits. Now add a prescript to your first VTS/Track saying if GPRM* does not equal 1 to stop. When the DVD stops that GPRM should always reset to 0. Pressing play again should start from the beginning. You will probably want to do the same thing with your Title menu since hitting "Title" on the DVD remote while in stop mode will always goto the title menu for the disc.
Like I said in SCenarist it is a breeze. I have not tried this in DVDSP.
Is this what you are looking for? I probably didn't explain it the best but I think you can get the Idea. I used this type of scripting when creating the authoring spec for a certain type of DVD.
This is not going to secure your disc in any way but it can help make the end user go through the proper channels to view your Teaser DVD.
