Your using an Exit Command in a script? That command is putting your disc in the stop mode. Hitting Play will direct it to VTS 1 - Normal behavior for discs authored in DVDSP.
Why provide an Exit Button? For What purpose? If you must have the player "exit", tie that button to a looping Menu with a 1 min loop of just black video and disable all UOPS. This way it gives the illusion the player has stopped. They will have to eject the disc.
Like Noah said....if someone really wanst access to any part of your title, they can do it.
