Not exactly true.
There are other copy protection's for DVD-Video. There are much harder to crack/rip then CSS. Matter of fact at this time the two big ones still have yet to be cracked. Contact your replicator and see if they have licensing for other DVD-Video copy protection. The downside is it is a per disc fee for these protections. We have used them for clients that need the best protection they can get. I am under NDA with them so I am not sure if I can even state their names. However google is a beautiful tool.
