You have to move manually. You actually can import a list of timecodes where you markers should go, but I suspect that would take longer to prepare than just moving them.

You could probably just add a chapter marker right after the leader and make it so it is never seen (just have it always start playing after). You don't have to author it to start at the beginning of the track.
