Belle Nuit & DVD SP - jaggy text

I´ve recently created a lot of text in Belle Nuit Subtitler in a project and I am having problems getting the subs to to look good in DVD SP. Here are my settings:

Text settings in Belle Nuit:

Full screen preview in Belle Nuit (looks great):

DVD Studio Pro subtitle palette settings:

Result in DVD SP (jaggy):

Any idea what I´m doing wrong? Thanks in advance...
