Drop zones & Jpegs

I want to drop a jpeg in a drop zone and move the file inside the drop zone so that the text sites were i want it to rather than DVDSP just randomly placing it in the middle.

Hope i am explaining this correctly, I don't want to make the drop zone bigger i just want to move the image around inside the drop zone box so that the text is were i would like it!!!

Dam i am confusing myself
