Multiple Frame Rates in A Single Track

I am working on a project in which I edited 98% of the footage in FCP in a 23.98 fps timeline. The other two percent was edited in a 29.97 fps timeline. I used Compressor to export this footage with its respective frame rates. Now, I have three MPEG 2's to work with in DVD Studio Pro. Two of them are 23.98 fps, and the other is 29.97 fps. On the final DVD, I need for the 29.97 footage to play in between the two 23.98 pieces of video. The DVD Studio Pro manual says that you can combine multiple frame rates in one track as long as you use Compressor to deal with the 23.98 footage and as long as all of the video has the same resolution. My question relates to pulldown, however. Will DVD Studio Pro add a pulldown to the 23.98 MPEGs if I combine them with the 29.97 clip in one track? This is why I didn't intercut all of the footage together in FCP in the first place. Although, FCP 6 boasts about its ability to handle multiple frame rates in the same timeline, I've noticed that a pulldown is added to intercut 24p material in order to achieve this. Ideally, I would like to keep the 23.98 MPEGS "true progressive" for those folks who view this project with progressive scan DVD players and monitors. Any advice would be most appreciated.
