Menu graphix not visible in austria...

Menu graphix not visible in austria...

I just made a DVD with 5 languages.

Startmenu is a menu with language choices - normal .psd with no layers - just an image with buttons created in DVDSP. Here in sweden everything works fine on different players and computers - in Austria, the .psd is not visible - just the buttons....

What have I forgotten?
