23.976 MPEG wont import into DSP

We've been performing some MPEG2 SD compression tests.
Our source material is an Uncompress SD 23.976 file and we've been compressing it as SD 23.976 MPEG2. Of course, COMPRESSOR works very well and DSP import the video with no problems.

We've been using a 3rd party application in our tests. Unfortunately, DSP wouldn't import the asset. The error message has been "Incompatible Format".
I'm aware 23.976 files need to be flagged before importing.
But I can't see why the result have been negative.

The 3rd parties apps we've been using are MAIN CONCEPT and SORENSON SQUEEZE vs5.

Our settings have been:
MPEG 2 NTSC 23.976
12 GOB 3 P Frames Auto GOP NONE
4:3 720x480
8mbs
Stream Type: Elementary
Profile ID: MAIN
Level ID: Main
No Audio
