Most important-
Did the replicator give you any actual error of why they cannot premaster your master?
DVDSP can output to DDP 2.00, DDP2.10, and CMF 1.0. DDP 2.0 is the standard so use that rather than 2.10.
Are you outputting to DDP from DVDSP and the burning with Toast?
Ask your replicator if they accept DVD-R Video discs (playable). If so just Build/Format to DVD-R right out of DVDSP.
