More info: my clients in Mexico tested the disc on a Sony multi-function, multi-region set-top player, and got the same thing.

Sounds like some sort of corruption on that individual disc, maybe??

Has anyone seen something like this before? I can't replicate the error on my side, i'm sure i must be missing something basic.

I've cut new discs and sent my clients those copies to see if it is a corruption just on the disc i originally sent, but any advice or thoughts on what I'm doing wrong would be appreciated!
