jumbled text buttons on menu in some DVD players

Hi,

This is a strange problem that my clients are reporting, and i can't seem to figure out what's happening. I authored a simple disc in DVDSP, containing a set of 10 short video clips which are accessed from a "table of contents" main menu with text buttons linking to each clip. Very simple and straightforward linking to tracks, and just regular text buttons.

My clients are in the US and in Mexico. Everything works fine in my testing and for my US clients, but the clients in Mexico report that the main menu shows the text buttons inaccurately, with the first text button (call it "Introduction") repeated 10 times (so there's basically a list of 10 buttons that say "Introduction"), but the buttons actually link to the correct (and different) video tracks, even if they all say the same thing.

Anyone heard of something like this happening in their projects? My tests and my US clients' tests were on WinXP computers and on DVD set-top players; all worked fine. My Mexico clients tested it on computers (not on DVD set-top player), but I haven't yet heard back from them on what OS, what DVD-player software, etc.

Any help would be appreciated, my clients think that I didn't test the disc adequately before sending it to them for review.
