Exporting Perfect Still From FCP for DVDSP

Hello All,

I know this is a very common question/post, but
I've yet to find a perfect answer...

Does anyone know exactly how (still image settings, etc.)
to export a still from a Video in FCP that will match
IDENTICALLY to the quality, color, and size as the video;
when both are imported into DVDSP?
